1. Overview & Verification Standard
This policy governs Discord automation bots and tools developed and operated by Levi Studio for r/SparkingZero, r/DB Gekishin Squadra, and Levi affiliated communities.
Our bots fully adhere to Discord Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Zero-Retention Personal Data Policy
We operate under a strict zero-retention policy for personally identifiable information (PII). We do not collect, read, store, or monetize personal chat messages, user identities, or financial information.
Bots only collect essential operational data: Server IDs, Channel IDs for command execution, and cached role permissions necessary for moderation and tournament brackets.
3. Data Security & Storage Architecture
All cached configuration state data is stored in encrypted database instances with restricted administrator access.
Data is never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties or advertising networks.
4. User Controls & Data Removal Requests
Server administrators may remove bot integrations at any time, which immediately halts all data processing.
